We design, manufacture and commission hydraulic systems. Below you will see some of our reference projects.
Hydtec, in collaboration with MacGregor, develops and manufactures a new modern mobile unit for flushing, proofing and operating hydraulic equipment. The unit is very compact and fully constructed in 3D environment to enable installation and later maintenance.
In close collaboration with the Polar Research Secretariat, HydTec developed a mobile radio-controlled crane system for service in Arctic climates for lifting and handling research equipment. The project included design of electricity, steel and hydraulic systems, followed by manufacturing. The project was completed with FAT and commissioned on board the Swedish icebreaker ODEN.
HydTec is engaged in the development and integration of a new compact hydraulic system to replace electrical operation to hydraulic operation, thereby securing the application's function in a highly exposed environment where the previous system did not function satisfactorily on board.
HydTec develops three complete units that are part of a significantly larger pilot plant where Swedish engineers together with Swiss researchers develop and test the future exhaust gas purification plants for the ship industry.

On board M/S SVEA, RESEARCHING SHIPS, HydTec together with the crew develop technical solutions to refine driving sequences of the load handling equipment.
In close collaboration with the staff at Trollhättans Energi, HydTec developed a complete radio controlled plant for sampling the arriving chips to the district heating plant. The project included collaboration with expert individuals and suppliers in several other occupational categories. The plant was fully tested at HydTec's premises, where FAT was also performed prior to installation in Trollhättan.
Development and production of a number of mobile hydraulic systems for integration on board RoRo vessels with the aim of operating the radio masts during passage under bridges. The system was designed and manufactured with a high degree of safety when a missing mast would cause costly downtime.
Ängelholms Föreningshamn gave Hydtec the confidence to upgrade their machine for handling recreational boats with brand new hydraulic system and radio control. Here, HydTec developed an entire application-adapted and partially very complex system for machine control, the aim was to design the system so that it is easy to handle, reliable and at the same time very safe for the environment. The system was tested and tuned to HydTec before installation.
